THE LIBERAL PARTY OF AUSTRALIA

Are you interested in having a say, expressing your views, working to make a difference or sharing your thoughts on what is required to make Lindsay, New South Wales and Australia a better place for us all?

If the answer to some, or all of these questions is yes, then have you considered joining a local branch of the Liberal Party?

There are many ways that individuals can contribute to the political process.  Some of us are back room people, volunteers who like to help make it happen, while others lavish the bright lights and the cut and thrust of political debate in the public spotlight and stand for election at the various levels of government.

The Liberal Party of Australia was founded in 1947 by Sir Robert Menzies and has a proud tradition of service to the people of Australia.

John Howard is the sixth Liberal Prime Minister of Australia and leads a Coalition government comprising 76 Liberal Members of the House of Representatives and 30 Liberal Senators.

Jackie Kelly joined the Liberal Party in 1995, was preselected for the electorate of Lindsay in October 1995 and is now the Liberal Member for Lindsay and  one of 27 Liberal women in the Federal Parliament.

If you are interested in joining a branch of the Liberal Party of Australia in the Lindsay electorate, simply call Jackie Kelly for details.
